Thomas F Williams (“Tom”), of Cape Canaveral, FL, died on February 10, 2024
at the age of 62.
Tom is survived by his sister, Laura (David) Mulholland, and niece, Sheila
Mulholland, both of Cocoa Beach, FL; his step-mother, Zelah Williams of
Amherst, OH; his step-sisters Shellene White (Greg), of Vermilion, OH and Gina
Tiberi of Lakewood, OH; and his step-brother Frank Tiberi of San Francisco, CA.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Alice Carr of Cocoa Beach, FL, and
Richard Williams of Amherst, OH, and his step-sister Kitty Tiberi of Lakewood,
OH.
Tom was born in Brooklyn, NY, on March 2, 1961, the son of Richard Williams
and Alice Foley. He studied Psychology at Arizona State University before
pursuing a decades-long career as a behavioral health technician specializing in
adolescent psychiatric care.
