Lee was such a Happy Guy. He made me laugh the times I was around him. Carrolyn and Lee were such a pair. I enjoyed their company. Just wished there weren't sooo many miles between us! Lee will be greatly missed, for sure. Maybe he can keep all the Angels in stitches with his funny wit! May you be at peace my friend.

Sad to just find out about Steve's passing. I knew Steve since I was 15. I knew him before he went to Vietnam. We used to go surf fishing in Pawley's Island, SC with my dad. He loved his surfboard. The last time I saw him was in 1991 when I visited him in Vero Beach and he swam with the manatees. Such a good memory. I'm really sad I lost touch and I've tried to find him over the years only now to find out he's gone. Rest in peace beach boy. You are missed.

It is a nice atmosphere and very professional in how they run the business. They did not try to push me towards anything or any package. My husband was an Army Veteran and they draped him with the American Flag as they were removing him from VITAS Hospice. We just had a wonderful experience at Island cremation with my father-in-law’s funeral. We had three meetings before the ceremony even started to make sure that everything was going to be done properly and that we’re all on the same page. Island cremation arranged for the Marines to come and do a flag honor ceremony that was an excellent touch and made the whole ceremony very memorable. The funeral home was very clean and they even had masks and hand sanitizer set out. They helped setting up our food plus supplied some of their own. Very professional and highly recommended.

I had a Celebration of Life for my husband on his birthday last Friday.

Island Cremations helped me plan for the Funeral. They have been like family. I even brought my husband’s miniature poodle.

Dillon, Mike & Dawn helped me set up and clean up. We brought in food and drinks. I had a soft jazz CD playing in the rooms. The alter had my husband’s Dolphin Urn and flowers. His picture with him holding a 52 pound Dolphin was on a projector screen above the alter.

Pastor Babington did a wonderful sermon. The family & friends spoke of memorial times.

We all thank you for your kindness and warmth for this Celebration of Life for my husband.
