Peter John Caracoglia, 57, of Cocoa, FL, formerly of Vernon Rockville, CT, passed away peacefully at his home on April 17, 2024. Born in Hartford, CT, on October 1, 1966, he was the beloved son of Evelyn (Griska) Caracoglia and Frank Caracoglia. Peter dedicated many years to his work at The Hartford and Old School Harley Davidson in Ellington, CT, before heading south to FL in 2023. He had a passion for cooking, enjoying cigars, listening to classic rock, and watching old cowboy movies. Peter was known for making people laugh until they cried. But what he cherished most was his time with family, especially those Sunday breakfasts with his daughter. He is survived by his daughter Sarah Caracoglia and grandson Malcolm Mitchell. Along with his sisters Evie, Franny, and Lucy; and nieces and nephews, Heather, Cody, Bryanna, Bryant, and Austin. Peter was predeceased by his sister Mary and brother Joe.
