requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Brevard Humane Society or “Richard
Phillips Down Biker Fund”. These organizations represent causes close to Michael’s heart, and
will continue his legacy of compassion and care.

Michael Luevano of Port Saint John, Florida, a beloved son, brother and adventurer passed
away unexpectedly on June 23, 2023 at the age of 38. He leaves behind cherished memories
that will forever be held close in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Michael was born on June 17, 1985 in Rockledge, Florida to Linda and Christopher Luevano.
He grew up, surrounded by the beauty of nature, which instilled in him a deep appreciation for
the great outdoors from a young age. Michael’s adventurous spirit, led him to explore the
wonders of the world around him.
As an avid hiker, Michael found solace and inspiration on the trails with his Dad and sister
conquering challenging terrains and enjoying serene walks through the woods. He embraced
every opportunity to connect with nature. Skateboarding was another passion that allowed him
to feel a sense of freedom and expression. Off-roading, and most recently, kayaking with his
girlfriend Karla, also provided him with thrilling adventures and unforgettable memories.
Throughout his life, Michael shared his zest for life with those around him, always encouraging
others to embrace their own passions and enjoy the world to its fullest. He had a radiant smile
that could brighten anyone’s day, especially his mother, and a kind heart that touched the lives
of many.
Michael will be deeply missed by his Mother, Linda Luevano of Rockledge, Florida. His father,
Christopher Luevano of Merritt Island Florida and his loving sister Marisa Luevano of
Summerville South Carolina. He also leaves behind a wide circle of extended family members,
friends and acquaintances, all of whom we’re blessed to have shared in his remarkable journey.

Although Michael’s physical presence may be gone, his spirit will forever live on in the hearts
and minds of those who were fortunate enough to have known him. May his soul find eternal
peace, and may his memory be a source of comfort and inspiration to us all
A celebration of Michael’s life will be held at a later date, allowing friends, and family, to gather
together and share stories of their beloved adventurer.
