Krishan ‘Kris” Chhabra, 92, of Melbourne, FL sadly passed away in his sleep on March 8, 2024 peacefully with his family by his side.
Kris was a dedicated father, husband and entrepreneur who strived and attained the American Dream for his family. Born in India and immigrated to Britain where he achieved the prestigious qualification and designation as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He then migrated to the U.S. where he was inspired to be a hotelier, and guided and mentored his children to becoming successful through education and dedication. His charm and smile always lit up the room and projected a warm welcome to family, friends and acquaintances. Kris teachings through his stories of his vast life experience will be missed by his family and all who met him.
