I loved him dearly enough to call him my brother, and named him Kenny Bell Lucas. He taught me the flute and borrowed his on accation, when he was my neighbor at Bruce Gants house. We had so many jam sessions with Debbie Mccormick and Mick and then he rented a room from me. We had a wonderful time! Playing the flute, bass and guitar, bongos, harmonica, and had the pleasure of going out to a few places to perform. He would play guitar and I played the flute and sing. Special person to me. Loved his spirit and wisdom. His children books should be in stores. He loved Malcolm like no other, his hero as he should. The love he had for his Mother was adorable, and the sisters were his strengths. God bless you Kenny Bell Desmond Lucas. I'll never forget you. Love your forever friend Beverly Bell Beck. You will be missed!!

Kenny was such a joy to be around. He and his " bag of tricks" (his music instruments) will be sorely missed. I will miss his smile, his jokes, and playing music with him. My sincere condolences to his family and to those whose lives were affected by his passing.

Sorry to hear of Kenneth's passing. We met back in 1979 when he moved in across the street. He was a nice guy with a funny personality.
