A service will be held on Saturday, April 6th at 11am at Satellite Beach United Methodist Church, 450 Lee Avenue, Satellite Beach, FL. There will be a luncheon immediately following the service.

Janet Meadows Baker, 95, peacefully passed away March 25, 2024, at Pineapple Garden Assisted Living in Rockledge, Florida. She was born September 26,1928 in Augusta County, Virginia.
She is survived by her children Matt (Lorraine), Brenda Bowen (Buddy) and Charlie (Hillary), eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by brothers Ernest, Milton and Lynn Meadows, sister Virginia McAllister and many extended family members.
Janet was preceded in death by her parents Cleadus and Clarice Meadows and her husband Clif Baker. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Junior Meadows and three sisters Doris Wright, Glenna Alger and Lottie Yohn Brown.
For most of her life Janet resided in Satellite Beach, FL and was a member of the Satellite Beach United Methodist Church and the Garden Club. She was artistic and loved gardening, quilting and baking.
She was a loving Mom, Grandma and Great-Grandma and will be dearly missed.
We would like to thank Pineapple Garden Assisted Living and Wuesthoff Brevard Hospice & Palliative Care for the wonderful care they provided her.
