A celebration of life, per Fred’s wishes will be held immediately afterwards at “the farm”. Some of his ashes will be scattered there while he would hope for nothing less than a “helluva send off”!

Frederick Joseph Papineau, age 83 returned home to our Father in Heaven December 29, 2020. He was in his home on Merritt Island, surrounded by his family as he passed away peacefully from his illness of ascites of the liver.
Fred is survived by his wife Madelyn Papineau of 59 years, his daughters Kimberly Keller, Nicole Harmon, and his grandchildren Nicholas Harmon, Michael Harmon, Jonathan Harmon and Emily Keller.
Fred was born July 15, 1937 in Norwich Connecticut to parents Frederick John Papineau and Sophie Elizabeth Mares.
Fred was an incredible man who always put everyone before himself. He loved the outdoors, gardening, tinkering in the garage, cooking concoctions, fishing and playing in the stock market.
Fred was kind to everyone he met. He was a wonderful, fun and loving father and devoted husband who will be greatly missed by many.
Due to COVID, and for everyone’s safety, only immediate family members will be attending the service at Divine Mercy. The service will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 23rd, 2021. The family invites all others to respectfully attend thru the zoom link below.
