Burial with military honors will be Wednesday April 17th at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery in Mims. A celebration of life will be held 2pm to 5pm Saturday April 20th at Amvets Post 893 in Rockledge. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Christian Church at Port Saint John, 4645 Fay Boulevard, Cocoa, Fl 32927. Dave lived his life with immense courage, love and joy. We were blessed to have him as long as we did.

We are celebrating the loving memory of David H Crytzer who died April 5, 2024, after a courageous battle with COPD. Dave, a former smoker of 34 years spent his remaining nonsmoking years warning others of smoking’s consequences. Born in Youngstown, Ohio, Dave moved to Brevard County in 1972. He worked for Ron Norris Buick, GMC in Titusville, as a Service Advisor, for 22 years. Dave’s true passion was serving as Chaplin at Amvets Post 893 in Rockledge. He was also a member of the American Legion, Disabled American Veterans and VFW. Dave was preceded in death by his father Dallas, mother Reba, brothers Dallas and Donald, son Doug, grandson Brian and great grandson Garin. Dave is survived by his wife Gail of 43 years, 2 sisters Grace and Polly of Ohio, 4 children of Florida, David (Melanie), Debbie (Tim), Mark, Michelle (Steve). 7 grandchildren, Sara (John), Aimee (Todd), Tabitha (Nick), Nicholas, Hannah (Luke), Mitchell and Addison. 9 great grandchildren, Tyler, Aspen, Andre, Ava, Benjamin, JJ, Nicholas, Ella, and Veronica, as well as his nieces and nephews, Joe, Mary (Bob), Reba (Tom), Carol (Tony), Gary (Heather), Tommy, Tammy and his grandnephew Jeff (Ashley).
