Christine, Nelly, 48 passed away Monday April 25, 2016 unexpectedly at her home. She was discovered by her boyfriend John Webber at their home in Cocoa FL.

She was born in Melbourne, Florida on December 14, 1967 preceded by her mother, Dorothy L. Bass-Wilson.

Nell was a proud graduate of the private/prestigious high school/pre-College, Montverde Academy in Orlando Florida. She also attended and graduated from Beauty school in the early 90’s.   Christine was also a licensed apprentice Optician employed by Opti-World. Later in life she settled into her last place of employment as a Bartender at KT’s Bar and Grill.

Christine known as Nelly, by her friends and family was always mindful of those less fortunate than herself and always gave her attention, compassion, and love to others. She was a light in the darkest times, and always there for her friends and family. She enjoyed mainly sharing her time with loved ones, friends, and family. She enjoyed the outdoors with John Webber inclusive of riding cycles with her brother and going to the beach.

She is survived by her loving family members of significant other John Webber, son Johnathon Neal, brother Michael Scott Bass, Robert F. Wilson Step Father, Rick Keckler Uncle, Donald Crawford Bass Step Father, Valarie Jean Bass Niece, and other loving family members who thought of her as their dearest friend John Neal, Pat and Ken Teague, Bruce Wilson, and many more. Nelly’s loving kindness, guidance, and compassion along with her great sense of humor and take no prisoner approach to life will truly be missed but will live on with us in our hearts and our spirits forever.  Her loving family and friends find comfort in knowing she is now in heaven with her Mother Dorothy Louise Bass who recently passed in September of 2015 and that she will no longer suffer from illness in this life.

Funeral Cremation Services were handled by Island Cremations and Funeral Service.
