Allen was born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania and grew up in Schuylkill Haven.
He went to school there before his parents moved to Willow Lake where he then
had to attend the Blue Mountain schools.
He moved to Florida, and never looked back enjoying the sun and surf.
He helped to build one of the grade schools in Palm Bay by working for Job Corp,
and helped with a disaster in Louisiana.
Allen loved football and was an avid Steelers Fan.
He leaves behind his wife Ronda (Ferry) , his parents, Allen and Nancy (Richards) Smith,
a son, Steven Fessler, two grandsons, Braiden, and Chase, a brother Robert, a sister Lisa Jo
two nieces, Deni-Maire and Aliyanna, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A mass of Christian Burial will be held at Divine Mercy Church.
