On Tuesday, March 2, 2021, Linda Torres, loving mother passed away at the young age of 60.

Linda was born on September, 17, 1960 in the Bronx NY to Edward & Carmela Schymanski. She was a graduate of Grace Dodge Vocational in the Bronx and went on to attend cosmetology school at Bonnie & Clyde in 1978.

Linda had a passion for hair. For nearly 25 years, she made people feel & look beautiful. When she hung her hairdressing cape up, she embarked on her new career with Winn-Dixie #2230. For nearly 20 years, Linda proudly served the Palm Bay area surrounded by her co-workers who quickly became family. She took pride in her profession, she enjoyed her job, and loved the people. Linda touched the lives of her co-workers and her customers. Most of all, her biggest accomplishment in life was being a hard-working and loving mother. She would always say how proud she was of her daughter, “My Erica”. Linda was known for her quick wit, generosity, humbling personality, infectious smile, and her kind and compassionate spirit.

Linda is survived by her daughter Erica, her brothers Thomas & Edward, her Sister-in-Laws Julie & Debbie and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
