Henry A. Chouinard III was born to the late Patsy & Henry Chouinard on January 16, 1975 in Richmond, VA. He was a resident of Palm Bay, Florida & passed away on July 23, 2023. Better known to everyone as Hank, he was one of a kind & will be truly missed.

He leaves behind his daughters Kayla (Sean) Rippy, Haley Chouinard, Chasiti Chouinard & Samantha Bycsek, his sons Tyler Chouinard & Klaitin Chouinard. His grandchildren Jazmine, Jaiden, Diana, Cheylynn & Faith. His brother Chuck Powell, sisters Kathy (Maryanne) Palino, Michelle Powell, Patricia (Mick) Forbes, Stephanie Chouinard, & Jennifer (Chris) Rogers; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.
