Brenda Faye (Gaspard) Primeaux, 73, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2026.

Born and raised in southwest Louisiana, Brenda later made Florida her home after moving there in 1986. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend whose kindness and compassion touched everyone who knew her.

Brenda was the kind of person who would do anything for those she loved. She was known for her caring heart, generous spirit, and the warmth she brought into every room. She especially loved cooking her favorite Cajun dishes, sharing stories about her large family, having afternoon coffee and creating memories around the table, that will be cherished forever. Brenda also had a sassy and spicy side that made her unforgettable and brought laughter to those closest to her.

She is survived by her children, Christina (Jamie) Glovac, Lance (Sasha) Primeaux, and Jada (Primeaux) Green; her grandchildren, Christian Lewis, Kaylie (Alec) Lewis Smith, Corey Primeaux, Colton Primeaux, Ashlyn Primeaux-Flonory, and Tre Flonory; 2 great-grandchildren, and her brother, Daniel Gaspard. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews from the large and loving family she cherished deeply.

Brenda was preceded in death by her longtime love, Kevin Meunier; her parents, Paul and Ednes (Hebert) Gaspard; eight sisters and two brothers; numerous nephews, great-nephews and great-nieces.

Brenda will be remembered as a beautiful soul whose love, compassion, humor, and generosity left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
