With keeping Ms. Randall’s wishes no services are planned at this time and wants everyone whom she shared this life with to rejoice in happiness and not sorrow. The family will receive friends and extended family at their homes and wish to extend a special thank you to the friends and the Community at Lost Lakes for their care and support over the years and to St Francis Hospice.

Penelope Ann Randall, aged 69, of Cocoa entered into the eternal rest with her Savior on March 20, 2021 surrounded by her family and loving friends.
Penelope was born March 30, 1951 in Tazwell County, Virginia to the late George Washington Ball and Nannie Louise Ball. She had been a resident of Asheville, NC for most of her life until 2003 when she was able to live her dream and become a snowbird to the sunny state of Florida with her longtime partner. They enjoyed many years and memories in Florida. Being close to the beach was always their favorite spot. She was a loving and caring Mother, Maw Maw and friend who loved spending time with her family, doing home projects and traveling to so many places from Vancouver to Cancun.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her 6 brothers, her former spouse and father to her children, Jackie Dale Randall and her longtime partner of 25 years, Dale Roger Hall.
Penelope is survived by her children Scott Randall (Bambi) of Black Mountain, NC, Amy Reese (Chris) of Swannanoa, NC, and Tiffany Dickson (Jesse) of Alexander, NC. Her Grandchildren Gavin Reese, Skylyn Easler, Chasen Easler and Gunnar Reese. Her sisters Geneva Nave (Richard) of Glenn St. Mary, FL and Thelma Ruth Harmon (Dave) of Princeton, VA. As well as Penelope’s dear sweet friends Donna (DJ) Aaron and her sweet pup Piper for all of the love and support they both offered to her any time she needed it.
