Patricia Cole Viney Quinones entered eternal rest on June 24, 2026, following a courageous battle against a third cancer.

Born on July 10, 1951, in Ohio to parents Kenneth and Charlotte Cole, both whom preceded her in death, she began traveling the world at an early age due to her father’s military career. She continued her love of travel throughout her life, and enjoyed sharing cultural experiences from the many countries along the way.

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Otterbein University, including a study abroad program in Barcelona, Spain. She later earned her Master’s Degree, and Doctorate in Education.

She was a dedicated educator and school administrator for over 20 years. Her caring nature inspired numerous students to contact her over the years, informing her that she was their favorite teacher and expressing gratitude for her influence on their success. She was also a successful realtor and author.

Pat was beautiful inside and out, with her striking natural beauty capturing attention, and her warm and loving personality earning friendships. Her diverse talents included singing, songwriting, dancing instruction, choreography, cooking and providing multicultural training to schools and organizations.

She leaves behind sons, Caleb and Cole Viney, who were her pride and joy and constant source of happiness. They stayed by her side throughout and were present during her final moments. She is survived by grandchildren Charlotte, Remington and Pheby, whom she loved beyond measure.

Her sisters, Enola (James) Pierce, Cheryl Johnson and Sierra (Brodis) Grigsby mourn her loss, along with nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
