Michael E. Cone passed away on Wednesday, March 1st, 2023 in Melbourne, FL, at the age of 63, while surrounded by loved ones.
Mike is survived by his wife, Debbie Cone; his two daughters Jessica Cone and Cianna Cone; his brother, Lee Cone; and his two stepchildren, Matthew Walker and Lexi Walker; and numerous other relatives. He is predeceased by his sister, Erin Wisler; his grandmother, Bertha Jackson (gram); his parents, Doyle and Barbara Cone; and his aunt, Mary Wiener.
Mike was born August 4th, 1959, in Titusville, FL, although shortly after he would come to spend most of his adolescents in Troy, New York. Mike graduated from Lansingburgh High School in 1977 and was known there for being a huge influence and motivator in the gym. Mike was very into sports and fitness and competed in body building competitions.
In 1995, Mike met his wife, Debbie Cone. He very persistently visited her at her job at Conchy Joes in Melbourne, FL until she finally decided to give him a chance. From that point on they would come to create many memories together and love each other throughout all life’s challenges.
On September 18th, 1984, and July 29, 1998, Mike welcomed his two beautiful daughters Jessica Cone and Cianna Cone. They were the most important part of his life and truly Gods plan for him. Mike loved his daughters more than anything in this world and created some of the best memories for them. He never failed to make them feel protected and loved and was always their number one supporter in anything they did.
Mike loved all animals, especially dogs, and enjoyed spending much of his time at dog parks with his dogs Jake, Buddy, and Kloe. He enjoyed watching sports with his best bud Bill, listening to music such as James Taylor and City and Colour, taking his kids to theme parks, looking at the stars with his daughter, playing football in the pool, spending time in the mountains, and attending his kids’ sports events.
Mike was an admirable father, husband, brother, and uncle. He had a tough exterior but, on the inside, he had a huge heart. He was the most selfless person and would have done anything for the people he loved, he proved this time and time again. Mike was deeply loved, and he will truly be missed by his loved ones, our lives will never be the same without him.
