MARJORIE COOK’S OBITUARY
Cook, Marjorie Ellen of Palm Bay, FL, age 77, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2024 at the Florida Shores of Melbourne Assisted Living Facility in Melbourne, FL with her daughter, Cindi by her side. Marjorie’s wishes were to be cremated with no memorial service. Cremation has taken place.
Marjorie was born in West Branch, MI on June 3, 1946, daughter of Clemente and Virginia (Towner) Bogart. She graduated from Bentley High School. She was a kind soul and loved everyone. She always put everyone first before herself and loved helping others. Her sweet smile, welcoming nature and kindness was comforting to all she knew and met. She always made everyone feel special and loved. She enjoyed being with her family and friends. She loved embroidery and sewing and had her own business. She served as the President of the Women’s Auxiliary, VFW 4536, and loved being involved. She was a phlebotomist, Realtor at Century 21, and was a manager of a doctor’s office and dental office.
She is survived by daughters; Sheri Balla, Cindi Balla, Tami Dorn (Frank), step daughter Tina (Cook) Buckner, grandchildren; Christian (Breanna), Jesika (Nick), Maeve, Madeleine, Brandon, Blake, Brittany (Donald), several great grandchildren, her best friend Karen Childs and many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Dan, her parents, Clem and Virginia Bogart, her sister Carolyn Turner, and stepson Tim Cook.
