Margaret M. (Hegerich) Mullins of Cocoa Beach, FL. died peacefully on Friday, October 4, 2024.
Born in Boston, MA. in 1929, she was raised in the Mission Hill section of Roxbury.
Margaret graduated from Mission High School in 1947 went on to marry, move to the suburbs and raise a family. She enjoyed a long career, first with the Foxboro Company and later with the Environmental Protection Agency. After retirement, she moved to Cocoa Beach, FL to enjoy another favorite hobby, the beach. She was a very talented artist excelling in the fields of oil painting, stipple, and tiki carvings. She was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan, never missing a game, if possible.
Margaret was the daughter of the late Charles E. Hegerich and Ella Burns. She is preceded in death by her husband Richard A, Mullins, her sisters, Mary Hegerich, Rita Hegerich, Louise Mullins, Catherine Charos, Dorothy Clark, Eleanor Winters and her brother Charles Hegerich.
She is survived by her daughters, Maria Mullins and her husband Bryan McNeeley, Therese Spake and her husband Ron, her grandson Brendan and his wife Taylor, her two great grandchildren Margot and Declan Molloy, her sister Virginia Flood and many cherished nieces and nephews.
