Sam Noe was a good and generous man who loved and was loved in return by his wife, Susan, his family, his friends, and his greyhound, Misty. Mr. Noe, 65, died suddenly on July 26at his home in Indian Harbour Beach, FL where he and his wife recently moved after living 25 years in Miami.

Through the years Sam worked for several employers including the Dept. of Defense in Norfolk and Jacksonville, Reynolds Aluminum in Richmond and the U.S. Coast Guard in Miami Beach.
Sam was born on Jan. 8, 1948 to Margaret Willis Tapp Noe and Hugh Davis Noe in Somerset, KY.
