A Memorial Service is scheduled for Debra at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery on Friday, July 20, 2018 at 2:30pm.

GAUDET, Debra Ann (LaForest) of Melbourne, FL – Passed with peace and grace on July 8, with her husband at her side.

She was born in Nashua, NH in 1955; the daughter of Gerard Joseph and June Ester (LaFontaine) LaForest. She was preceded in death by 3 siblings, an infant brother Anthony LaForest, brother Wayne LaForest, and sister Robin Beyer. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, John Louis Gaudet, 2 sons and their families, 5 siblings, and a host of nieces and nephews. Son Aaron Joseph Gaudet, wife Kelly of Melbourne, FL, granddaughter Paige Gaudet and great-grandson Maddox Hazzard Wing and granddaughter Sydney Smith, husband Joshua, and great-grandson Camaro-Aries Aaron Smith and Son Lance Jacob Gaudet, ex-wife Geri of Corbin, KY, grandson Christopher Amburgey, wife Terri, grandson Derek Amburgey, wife Kaitie, great-grandson Colten Amburgey, great-granddaughter Madyson Amburgey, granddaughter Stacie Bernardo, great-granddaughter Angelena Bernardo, great-grandson Dominic Bernardo, great-grandson River Bernardo, grandson Ryan Amburgey, fiancé Sarena Lea, sister June Benoit of Rockland, MA, brother Gerard LaForest, wife Louise of Nashua, NH, sister Rebecca Tanguay, husband Donald of Viera, FL, sister Kathleen Bayless, husband Thomas of Manchester, NH, and brother Neil LaForest of Manchester, NH.

She will always be loved and remembered as a devoted wife, mother, mimi, great-mimi, sister, and aunt, whose greatest passion was making everyone she came into contact with aware of how much she loved them.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be officiated by Chaplain Trevor Wry at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 U.S. Highway 1, Mims, FL 32754, on July 20, at 2:30 PM. The family wishes to thank Island Cremation in Merritt Island, FL, for providing excellent services during this most difficult time in our lives.
