Thomas Russell Chapman passed away on March 01, 2013 in Orlando, Florida. He was 80 years old. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Jeanette and Elliott Chapman and educated at the University of Cincinnati, he moved to Florida where he was involved in several businesses, including the contractor workforce at the Kennedy Space Center. He retired from EG&G in 1994 and began his own handyman business.

His family includes his loving wife of 25 years, Diana Stewart; daughters, Elizabeth and Patricia; step-children, Tanya Rootsey and Glen Rootsey; and grandchildren, Christopher, Daniel and Isabella Rootsey.

He was dearly loved and will be sadly missed.

The family will receive friends at Island Cremations 405 S. Courtenay Parkway Merritt Island, on Wednesday, March 06th from 5:00pm until 6:30pm.
